Is Christianity just a Western religion?
Christianity began in the Middle East and spread to Africa and Asia before it reached Europe. It's deeply rooted in non-Western cultures and has always been a global faith.
How can you believe in God when there's so much suffering?
This is one of the hardest questions. and the Bible doesn't shy away from it. The book of Job, the Psalms, and the life of Jesus all engage deeply with pain and injustice.
Isn't faith just for weak people who need a crutch?
Every person lives by faith in something. whether it's career, relationships, or self-improvement. The question isn't whether you have faith, but where you place it.
What about science? Don't faith and reason conflict?
Many of history's greatest scientists were Christians. Faith and science answer different questions. 'why' and 'how'. and many find they complement each other.
I've been hurt by the church. Why would I go back?
We're sorry. Churches are full of imperfect people, and real harm happens. But we believe the answer to broken community is better community. not no community.
